Maintainence / K1600 Common Torque Specs

Second oil drain is 1/4 drive (5mm) and 105 inch-lbs
Drive Oil Drain/Fill Plugs are T45 at 177 in-lbs
Rear Wheel Bolts are T50 at 44 ft-lbs
Rear caliper T45 at 17 ft-lbs
Front axial at 37 ft-lbs
Front axial clamp at 14 ft-lbs with T45
Front caliper T45 at 22 ft-lbs
Front Rotor Bolts to Wheel at 14 ft-lbs
TPM hollow bolt to wheel at 80 in-lbs

Maintainence / Changing out the plastic fuel ...
Last post by coyote - Feb 28, 2023, 08:13 AMI forgot all about this during my recent maintenance. Had to pull the plastic off again but it's all done. Never had an issue in 65k miles but now I don't have to think about it. Not a hard job but getting the old plastic fitting off the hose was not possible in one piece. Ended up breaking it off and slowly drilling it out. If you are going to do this, make sure to secure the old Oetker clamp before you cut it or it'll slip down the hose and make getting it out real "fun".
